still fresh in my mind… march 17, 2009… taking pictures and all, cleaning the classroom’s wall and floor, every student saying their goodbyes, and everyone screaming, ” BAKASYON NA!”
yeah, the start of our summer vacation, the day that every student(for sure) awaits, and the very reason why we rush our last exam! :)) because we cant wait to go out, to live back to the lifestyle we once knew, to gaze at the beautiful places around, to hang out with friends willingly, and lastly, once again, to be free…
in these 2 months there were lots of twists and turns, a lot of experiences, a lot of changes… let me share my vacation… my summer extravaganza.. ![]()
march 18, the day after the last day of school, I was like, oh, I want to go back to school again, it’s so boring in here. and yeah, I mean those things… :O I really want to go back, because at least, I can do a lot of things… and that mentality never changed, until late april… the last two weeks of april marked the start, of something so exciting… and luckily, that also excited me…
all of those speculations about a boring vacation changed when me and my twin brother invited the whole AFOOFA(all for one, one for all) to have a sleepover SUPPOSEDLY in our rest house sa USA. (dont get me wrong, we will not answer their tickets, what I mean is, USA stands for Upper San Agustin, a barrio in Bauang) but the rain hindered us to go there for that place is near the mountain so it’s difficult to go there. but we can’t postpone plans because luckily, two from the group showed up, and they were Bryan and Wilquin… we stayed here in our house at Lingsat and chatted some folks in my messenger list, and we showed ourselves through the webcam.
then, we went to csi to buy groceries for our “chibog”. but the splash is that, manuel, also a member, came, and we were like, “YES, LIMA NA TAYO, ANDYAN NA SI GENERAL BRIGADO!” and so we went to the mall to buy some stuffs, and guess what, we spent 800 pesos, and all we bought were food and drinks, how’s that?? :O it’s not that we have a big apetite, it’s just a matter of, being ready…
we went home and played TYCOON ’till an hour before midnight, and we enjoyed a lot from there, but the thing that made us burst into tears laughing is the term, “counter-strike”.
all I can say is that, AMIN NALANG IYON! ![]()
the night was really awesome, yeah, nice, exciting and everything.
so, the next day, we demanded for a 2nd night at our place, and luckily, they agreed, with the consent of their parents of course, but only through text messages and calls. and the nice thing about this is, Jansen and Mikee joined the group.
it’s a good thing that we didn’t ran out of “CHIBOG”, we never ran out of stock. so, we played the game “dare or dare”, a game which requires nothing but cooperation..
and we were once again in chaos, not thinking that we might disturb my folks on the other room… :O
and so they went home, and the memories of those 2-day trip was really, really cool, we planned for a second sleepover but so far, no confirmations whatsoever were made…
and so I am back to my normal life, the same old lifestyle that I once knew, until one day…
I remembered the day when I promised my closest friends(4th year friends going college, no need to name them) that we they return on October for their sem break, they will see a new me, a thinner me.. :)) and so I think of a way or ways on how to get slimmer, and so, Roanne, said she was jogging at 430 on plaza, and that answered my curiousity on how to have a thinner look.
and starting on that day forward, I jogged from lingsat to plaza at 4, to have more time to jog and do some stuffs there to even get slimmer. ![]()
and from me, I invited neighbors and even Cherrlan and her sister Cherish joined the group. we drop by at the basketball court in plaza and play basketball until 7 am…
so picture this, the group jogs at 4, and will be there 30 minutes later, and we play basketball until 7..
that’s more than 2 hours of none stop sweat and all, and finally, results show!
and I dont eat rice, so that makes things easier and faster.. ![]()
other things that made my summer the most memorable one were the basketball clinic with Alvin, Cherrlan, Wilquin, Mej and Dennis, trips to Baguio and Manila, enrollment extravaganza,
biking until San Gabriel,(I did it once with Mikee, yet I hope that we can do it again some time) the “coffee” craze..
and many more…
but the best is yet to come, and it came on June 11, 2009, when me and my twin, Jomille and Manuel, Mikee and Wilquin, Jeff and Aldrex, and Cherrlan and Adriane hang out for just a little while at csi and pod…
and those 6 hours were fun, real fun… ![]()
I dont want to narrate those happenings because my blog is too long and I know your sick of reading my story…
all I can say is that, my summer has been the best!
I even wish for my next summer to be better than the best!
if ever given the chance, I want to make it last longer but I dont have the right to do so.. :)) so, here it is.. :)) end of story.. :O
